Oh, Ephraim – you are simply irresistible!
I wish you would have fit in my camera bag so I could have taken you home with me!
Hello! I'm Joanna, author of this photo journal. My husband, Mark, and I are professional photographers in Asheville, North Carolina. The name of our company, Tuesday's Frog, is based on an almost-wordless children's book about mischievous frogs that go flying on lily pads one night. We love this book because the illustrations are truly the heart of the story. Speaking of mischievous, Cole & Harper are our children, and frequent, though not always willing, photography subjects. Here you'll find not only the stories of our everyday lives, but of those we've photographed in our capacity as professional photographers as well.

Seriously. Adorable.

I was so excited to meet Will!

At 11 days of age he is a very good sleeper…not to mention adorable!

I think I just might know what he’s dreaming about…the number 2 is very significant in Will’s young life, as his twin sisters just turned 2.

This is Brooke, giving him kisses.

And this is Anna, being sweet as well.

After all those kisses Will decided he just might have to wake up for a bit… I love those deep blue baby eyes!
Thank you so much, Ali, Stephen, Anna, Brooke, and Will, for allowing me to hang out with you and meet sweet baby Will!

Be still my heart…she’s growing up, too! This is Miss Isabel…otherwise knows as Izzy. (How I love those 2 front teeth, and that grin!)

Could she be more scrumptious?

Tell me, what do one-year-olds like more than to be in motion?

…kisses from Daddy, of course!

Thank you SO much, Emily, Jeff, and Isabel, for allowing me to be a part of your lives this past year! It has been such a treat to get to know Izzy Bee and see her learn & grow! and walk! Ooh, have fun with the walking!

Oh my goodness, my baby’s all grown up! Okay, okay, she’s not really mine. She is plum adorable, though, and settled right into that chair for me…

…for about 2 seconds, and then we were off!

I love this one…Catherine is walking very well on her own but sometimes it’s nice to know that mom’s still there.

I love seeing her personality develop! Check out her beautiful birthday dress…and I love that bow, too (and the fact that she has enough hair now to wear bows!)

A little glimpse at those gorgeous lashes….(please note the green frog as well!)
Thank you so, so much, Caroline & John, for sharing Catherine with me since the very beginning. It has been such a honor to document her very first year in this world and to know the 3 of you!

I hung out with Lydia, her parents, and a couple of her special friends last Friday. It was a little chilly so we didn’t stay outside for long…(but isn’t that the cutest Easter outfit?)

Seriously, how could you resist those sweet cheeks?

This particular friend is Sally, the eco-friendly fairy, crafted by Lydia’s mom (who also sews/knits Lydia’s clothing, diaper covers, and blankets, all in her spare time!)

Phew! After all that attention (and a few clothing changes) there’s nothing better than some comfort food and a little snuggling with mom…
