Hello! I'm Joanna, author of this photo journal. My husband, Mark, and I are professional photographers in Asheville, North Carolina. The name of our company, Tuesday's Frog, is based on an almost-wordless children's book about mischievous frogs that go flying on lily pads one night. We love this book because the illustrations are truly the heart of the story. Speaking of mischievous, Cole & Harper are our children, and frequent, though not always willing, photography subjects. Here you'll find not only the stories of our everyday lives, but of those we've photographed in our capacity as professional photographers as well.

I missed one – the beautiful designs for Bess & Michael’s programs and stationery were designed by Jamie from Bright Orange. I have to say, I love orange, too!

…and smelled heavenly, too!
Dana had a special bouquet of calla lilies made for her mom, who carried calla lilies down the aisle when she was married. As you can tell, it was a really meaningful gesture.

The ceremony & reception flowers were fabulous as well!

I told you it was a garden-themed week! Kristan & Adam incorporated many garden details into their decor: gerbera daisies, fresh strawberry jam for favors (yum!), green apples & grapes for table settings, icy, cold sweet tea, and even a sweet little butterfly on the handkerchief Kristan carried with her bouquet.

The reception was catered by Artisan Catering and flowers were provided by The Enchanted Florist.
Florals, which included white tulips, peonies, roses & hydrangeas for Jennifer, and blue hydrangeas mixed in with the white for the bridesmaids, by Adrienne at Blossoms at Biltmore Park.
